THE BLESSING · Almighty God, may we be justified in the righteousness of your will O Lord. As Christ was for us, may we be poured out as a living libation on the sacrifice of our humble service to you. Now, pour out your spirit upon us that we may be exalted to eternal life by your grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

THE BLESSING · Almighty God, let us hear and be convinced that the Holy Scriptures are filled with your Spirit. Encourage us to preach the word, thoroughly equipped for every good work. May Christ find within our heart, soul, and mind, the covenant of faith through prayer.

May we always remember you, the Lord our God. Encourage us to be ever mindful of your commandments, ordinances, and statutes fulfilled in the greatest of these, Love. THE BLESSING · Almighty God, Increase our faith! Move us from a spirit of fear, to one of power, love and sound mind. Now acknowledging our anointing as apostles and teachers by the laying on of hands, fan into flame the gifts of the spirit within us, that all might be saved and called to a holy life.

THE BLESSING · Almighty God, may we heed the warning in the writings of Moses and the Prophets. That we may be convinced by the profession and good confession we made in the present of so many witnesses. Thereby, storing up for ourselves and others, the treasure of a good foundation in the gospel of the resurrected Lord, Jesus Christ the Messiah.

THE BLESSING · Almighty God, may we with love and devotion, make supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings for the leaders of our world. Now,
as we accept our appointments as heralds and apostles, with wisdom, we might be called to speak and nurture one another in faith and truth.

THE COLLECT · Almighty God, whose Son our Saviour Jesus Christ was lifted high upon the cross  that he might draw the whole world to himself, may we who rejoice in the mystery of our redemption, have grace to take up our cross and follow him, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.

THE BLESSING · Through prayer and thanksgiving, may we know how to interpret the present time, that we would lay aside each encumbrance and weight that distracts us. And, now with an urgency, we might finish the race and seek a completion in our baptism, a baptism of fire and water.

May we acknowledge our appointment and authority to go and overcome the power of the enemy. Bless us with ability for our eyes to see and our ears to hear, that as we carry each other’s burdens we will uplift and heal.

Step out of the suspense, come to hear, then follow the way to speak boldly…
O Lord, our great Shepherd, may we be guided to springs of the water of life. Guide us, lifting us up with your helping hand, that we inturn, may lift others to believe in you. Open our hearts to hear your voice and follow you. That, surely goodness, kindness and love will follow us all the days of our lives, and we shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
