THE BLESSING – Through the power of the Holy Spirit, may we be patient with hope for the coming of the Lord. That we may rejoice and blossom, as we hear and see the way of the Lord, forever trusting in the one whose faith, truth and promise, will remain faithful to us forever. May the blessing of God almighty, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, be among us and remain with us always. Amen.

THE BLESSING · Almighty God, Increase our faith! Move us from a spirit of fear, to one of power, love and sound mind. Now acknowledging our anointing as apostles and teachers by the laying on of hands, fan into flame the gifts of the spirit within us, that all might be saved and called to a holy life.

THE BLESSING · Through prayer and thanksgiving, may we know how to interpret the present time, that we would lay aside each encumbrance and weight that distracts us. And, now with an urgency, we might finish the race and seek a completion in our baptism, a baptism of fire and water.

O Lord, our great Shepherd, may we be guided to springs of the water of life. Guide us, lifting us up with your helping hand, that we inturn, may lift others to believe in you. Open our hearts to hear your voice and follow you. That, surely goodness, kindness and love will follow us all the days of our lives, and we shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
